My regular vet is at this clinic and she always tries to be helpful and is a good listener. I have also seen another vet and she was pretty good too. Overall, the staff is friendly and, unlike other vet clinics I've been to, they do not constantly push you to buy products that you don't need from them. We have been taking our cat and 3 dogs to this clinic since we moved to Kanata 2.5 years ago.

My parents cat, their 2 cats before them (deceased, both euthanized at this clinic), and my 2 cats see Dr. Smordin at this clinic. While in university I worked at an animal hospital for 4 years and I can say with a good level of knowledge and experience that the standard of care here is exceptional. I love the staff, and I love our vet. I have also seen another vet there on emergency when my cat slammed his head in a drawer (can't remember her name) who was great. My parents will tell you the same. I would encourage people to ignore negative reviews solely based on price complaints. Owning a pet is expensive as is their health care, but if you remain informed, educated, and ask a lot of questions, there should be no surprises. Keep up the good work :)

I love this office. Dr Smordin is wonderful and very knowledgeable!

Dr Smordin is a wonderful compassionate Vet who doesn't push extra (costly) test or treatments. She will do what is necessary to find out what the problem is but is very understanding when it gets to the point of "the dogs quality of life". I would recommend this Animal Hospital.
