I am new to the area and required an emergency vet appointment for my cat. Chapman Mills was able to accommodate on short notice. To make a long and painful story short, my cat had to be euthanized. This was very rapid and unexpected and it was hard to comprehend at the time but the staff and vet were amazing throughout the process. It is evident that they care about the animals and were incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. Sincere thank you to Chapman Mills.

The Technicians are great as in most clinics, but I am not at all impressed with the Vets, especially the owner. He seems to not care about the patients and doesn't even do a full physical evaluation, which to my knowledge as a vet tech student is one of the most important things to do. Also as I have noticed he doesn't seem to used to his advantage his technicians. I brought my dog there for a serious limp in her front leg and some hot spots. I had mentioned to him that there was inflation in her elbow and suggested it might be a bursitis (excess synovial liquid in the joint) and he totally disregarded me. I would just liked to be respected when i talk and not be seen as a clueless child. I can tell that he is only there for the money and not for the wellbeing of the pets.

We have have both of our cats cared for and euthanized here and our experience with all the staff has been very positive. During our visits when we had to make the hard decisions, the Vet was honest and forthcoming about our options and what was best for our beloved pets. In both cases, there was an option to investigate further, which would have been to the financial benefit of their clinic, but neither time did we feel pushed or even encouraged to do so, when it would mean our pets would suffer unnecessarily. We felt the Vet spoke from a compassionate and experienced perspective with our cat's best interest in mind. The office & assistant staff too were very considerate and sensitive from the moment we arrived to the moment we left in puddles of tears.

This Hospital is always a pleasurable experience and they care a lot for the animals. Mostly would like to recommend Dr Katherine Jones.
