Love the staff. Love the vet. Do not like the policy, anytime you use that word. I went in for joys last shots Saturday. Spent around 900 to 1000 dollars for her shots and visits so far. I was told to buy 6 months worth of her flea and tick treatment since they wouldn't see me for a while. I purchased them and the bill was almost 500 dollars, this has left me financially broken and way behind but thats neither here nor there. I wanted to return them and come back when I get paid to purchase them in 2 weeks. Told as per policy they can't because if it isn't stored properly they may not be effective. Well these pills are for 6 months so I would hope that my air conditioned apartment along with the boxes they came in will last this long. For the money I spend there I figured this shouldn't be an issue but now unfortunately I'll be looking for another vet.

As a first time dog owner, my experience at this vet clinic was HORRIBLE! Over a few months of visiting this place I soon realized that they only care about MONEY!! When it was time to pay, my bill would end up be around $220 - $480 for only a 15-20min visit!! The vet sold me overpriced medication throughout my entire time being a customer here. I had disagreements with the vet about the type of food I would feed my puppy (I have done a lot of research, read books and spoke to many other dog owners about puppy food) I ended up becoming more puzzled and frustrated with this vet as we did NOT see eye to eye. The clinic would be empty EVERY TIME my puppy had an appointment (I thought that was odd, but now I know why). I will NEVER go back to this clinic. I feel VERY ripped off as a first time pet owner to this clinic and not appreciated as a paying customer!

Brought our dog in for a check-up and to get his vaccinations updated. Everything went well. A couple of weeks later we get a call that our dog needs to come in for a booster shot for his distemper. This was never mentioned to us at our original appointment at all. We were told the cost would be $29.00. When I called to book the appointment, I reconfirmed the price and was told that $29.00 was just for the shot. We also had to pay another $70 for a consultation fee! I'm sorry, but I think that is absurd. We were just there, why do I need to pay for another consultation fee for a booster shot?? It's not like the Vet himself needs to give the shot. One of the technicians usually do it. I can understand if we needed to see the Vet himself, but not for a booster shot. Ridiculous!

I am very happy with the way they handled my pet. They are caring professionals who know what they are doing. You can tell this is not merely a job to them, they have a vocation for what they are doing. The veterinarian seems to be a veteran in his field and knows exactly what to do in a number of situations pets and pet owners encounter. They know exactly how to handle pets and this really provides peace of mind for pet owners who walk in the clinic with a problem. Great work!

So impressed with staff and services. It feels like they actually care about your pet and yourself rather than the cold business demeanour I have received elsewhere. Highly recommend. Thank you from Kinky and I.
