I brought my 1yo Bengal cat here for a nail trim and general check-up. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It took 3 staff members to cut my ferocious kitty's claws, but they did so calmly and with great professionalism. At no point during my visit did I feel pressured to purchase additional tests or procedures. I am looking forward to their continued service for the duration of my cat's life. 10/10 would reccomend.

Courteous and understanding during my visit to put my cat down. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an attentive and conscientious clinic.

I love this clinic, the staff are amazing, they are very prompt with the appointments and they make sure you understand every part of the procedures your dog may need. Dr. Torabi has been very helpful diagnosing the issues our dog had, he was very precise and explained everything to us, our dog had to undergo a complicated surgery outside the clinic and he and the staff made sure the hospital has all the updated test results and files. they did a lot of follow ups after that to make sure our dog was doing ok. I do not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had to take my dog to be euthanised after paying the bill I ask about her ashes well they said that extra. I'm on odsp and obviously couldn't afford that on top of what I had just paid I found the service very cold staff were not very compationate at all. .I would never recommend this vet to anyone

I have been taking my cats to this place for a year, the staff are nice, attentive and confident, We never had any issue. I can't comment on the price, because this is the closest vet to me and I didn't bother to ask around, the fee sounds reasonable to me though and they give you a detailed list so you know what you are paying for. ------- This is an edit to previous comment I have moved from the area and compared to the new vet (Liston) I would say, Britannia Heights is more expensive.
