I cannot begin to describe how amazing this clinic is after the nightmare I had to deal with at another emergency vet clinic. The doctors at this clinic are caring and thorough with their examinations. I felt they genuinely cared about the well being of my cat when he was there. I was given options to how to proceed with treatments, the pros and cons of each option and I never felt pressured to do anything I wasn't uncomfortable with. At no point did I feel like they were ordering tests that were unnecessary as a cash grab. My experience with this clinic was absolutely wonderful.

Last week I brought my Shitzu at 5 AM to the clinic to be looked at for vomiting , and I was trying to find out what the problem was. The vet ran a series of tests and consulted what it could be and after offering a couple of treatment options ($270.00 blood work and supportive care medication price unknown but I am sure it would be a lot) we decide not to proceed and instead chose to take our dog to his regular vet. When we said this to the vet her response was " Why did you bring him here int he first place"? I think this was inappropriate comment and made me think that it was more about money than the well being of my dog. Thank God we left the clinic . The next day we found out that my dog was fine and full of energy. We have gone to this clinic before and have had excellent service from another vet.

This is the best hospital in the world! We brought our 12 year old Bailey in a few weeks ago after our family vet referred us there for a more specific treatment of his sudden anemia. After extensive testing and hospitalization, he was diagnosed with a pretty severe auto-immune disease called IMHA. This disease is really scary, and the discharge rate for dogs is only 50%. Luckily, our boy made it home. He was in the hospital for 7 nights total, under constant care and LOVE by the 404. It was a really scary and intense time for us, and we couldn't have made it through without their wonderful staff. Dr. Walter, Dr. Percival, and all the technicians went over and above with Bailey's treatment. With multiple calls a day to report on Bailey's progress, and very informative and thorough explanations of his condition. They continue to navigate us through his recovery, and we are so grateful we brought Bailey here. Having experienced a few different pet hospitals, this is hands down the best and most professional place we've ever been! I cannot recommend them enough!

Very caring people. Great follow-up with our regular vet. And when we had to put one of our dogs to sleep, the people at the facility were very kind and considerate. Back again 7 months later when our remaining dog developed cancer and needed surgery. Extraordinary care! I understand why my regular vet (Oak Ridges Animal Hospital) recommends them so highly. From the reception desk to the support staff to top physicians and surgeons, it doesn't get any better than this! Wonderful people!

$440 for a quick exam, get some antibiotics, and have urine sent away for analysis for an expected UTI. I hope you enjoy my 1.5 days salary for your 10 minutes of actual time spent on my dog...my wife sat in the office for 2 hours waiting. At my regular vet this would have cost approximately $140. $300 markup. For what? One day this will come to an end when veterinary medicine is taken over and regulated by the government, and I will be one of the loudest people for it..I have been taken by emergency vet hospitals before..nothing new to me...so enjoy it while it lasts..don’t spend it all, make sure you invest some of that money you are robbing from animal owners.
