On May 1 2018 my Doberman became very ill. He wasn’t eating and was lethargic, usually he is high energy and eats everything I give him. I took him to the emergency vet and they saved his life as he was near death I felt it and saw it in his eyes. They ran tests and did X-rays on him and quickly found the problem. He had a large amount of stones in his bladder. They acted quickly and worked with us to ensure he got the best care. Thank you for the excellent service!

Taking a sick pet to the emergency vet is never easy. It is always after hours, late, dark and very anxious making. My beautiful kitten got violently ill and the Vaughan- Richmond Hill Emergency Vet was my vet of choice as my bulldog had been successfully treated there previously. Dr Jenna Richards warmly greeted me and clearly sensed my panic. Her soft voice and calming manner made me immediately feel that I was with a competent professional. She gave me options, suggestions and never pushed an expensive procedure. Patiently Dr Richards guided me through each test, explaining what the results could mean. I left there feeling in control of my decision and very very confident that my precious pet was in the best hands possible. Thank you Dr Richards for the time you gave me and thank you to all the staff at the Vaughan Richmond Hill Emergency Vet.

I have been taking my pets to Vaughan Richmind-Hill Emergency Vet Clinic for many years. Even after moving out of the area we still take them there because of the compassionate treatment and honest advise they give. Unlike other places I have been to, they do not push unnecessary procedures or products just to make money. The owner and pets best interests are always put first. Love them!
