Dr. John has been our veterinarian since we brought home our German Sheppard puppy when he was 8 weeks old. We’ve been visiting Dr. John for over a year now and every time we have any concerns, Dr, John would explain to us the situations and the solutions very patiently. We are very satisfied with all the services he provided, including vaccinations, examination and the surgery he’s done for my dog. He’s a very trustworthy doctor and I highly recommend him to everyone who loves their pets. He also has a great team. Both receptionists are very patient when answering questions on the phone and making appointments to accommodate our tight schedule. They are both fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, which is very convenient for us and I really appreciate them with this service. I can see that they really care for all the pets. Thank you Dr. John and your team!

One of my kitten was taken here to do regular checkup and also the blood test, at that time, the doctor said my kitten has serious liver problem, and require surgery. To confirm this, I got copy of the blood test result, and show it to two other vets, seeking for more opinions. The other two vets both checked the kitten and the blood test result and did think my kitten is healthy, there is no sign of liver disease. Now 1 year passed, my kitten has grown up as a healthy adult cat. I'm glad I confirmed with other vets, otherwise my kitten will do surgery here for no reason :(
