Very thankful there is a place here in London to take your pet 24/7. Highly recommend them in case of an emergency or if you don't have a regular vet. The team there were so compassionate, friendly, and patient. I felt they spent adequate time assessing my dog and were patient with my questions too. They all seem to genuinely care and are passionate about the job they do. It's very reassuring to feel that your pet is in good hands.

We brought our dog in after we found a tick on her chin. The administrative staff was extremely helpful and friendly from the very first phone call. The vet tech came to see us in the waiting room and was able to gently and quickly remove the tick from our dog's chin as well as provide us with the tool she used and some very helpful advice for the future. All of this was free of charge and we were blown away. Thank you to everyone at the clinic, you completely took the stress out of a stressful situation.

We unfortunately had to make an emergency trip to this clinic tonight for our 3 year old cat. Our baby was limp and semi responsive and we didn’t think she’d make the drive into London. On arrival the staff at the desk quickly determined how ill she was and paged a stat call. We were brought into an exam room immediately and met by a team. They quickly assessed her, started trying to start an IV and the Vet determined that she was critically ill with little hope for survival. He was truthful about costs upfront and was extremely compassionate and understanding of our struggle to choose euthanasia. The staff were beyond compassionate towards my children who were with us and gave us all the time we needed before and after to say goodbye. The vet spoke with my children and answered all their questions and not once did we feel rushed or pushed into any choices we made. I come from an emergency services background and I can say the treatment and service we received was similar to a critically ill human arriving in an ER. I was blown away by the knowledge and speed of service. We said goodbye to our beloved cat, but the staff made the experience a little easier on us and our children. I left there knowing that everything that could’ve been done was.

Amazing staff. Very helpful and were very mindful of our budget which we really appreciated. The vet and vet tech were very thorough and kind. Highly recommend.

Was in here twice this week with our 8 year old Boxer. The first trip we received some unexpected and upsetting news that our little guy was suffering and there wasn't anything they could do. The staff and the Dr were so compassionate and kind they answered our questions and even gave us more time with our boy to say goodbye. Sadly we had to make our second trip with him just 2 days later to be strong for him and stop his suffering. Again the staff and Dr were so kind and compassionate with us. They walked us through the entire process from start to finish and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our little guy.
