Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, and very caring. Not just a veterinarian service. All the people here truly care about your cat. SO happy to have found them. HIGHLY recommend

I have been bringing my two cats here since I adopted them in the summer. I really like Dr. Rosenberg. She has a great passion for her work and she really cares about the animals she works with - but most importantly - she knows what she is doing! Smart as a whip and always training herself to become better and better, I won’t trust my cats with anyone else now. I’ve even spoken with other vets in this city, they all know who she is and hold her in very high regard/is very well respected within their community due to her vast experience and knowledge. And the staff here are always a amazing. Always. Amazing. They always make you feel welcomed and you feel comfortable leaving your pets with them because you can see they care. When you’re taking your cat home, you always feel like you have the best information and solid plan going forward. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing I’ve got these guys in my corner. I love my two kitties to a horribly embarassing extent - they’re my world right now, my kids - I won’t think about taking them to be cared for any where else. 😺😽

A thorough examination followed by matter of fact, knowledgeable assessment of the health of our cat. Very kind and compassionate. Doctor laid out the various options for care and treatment, and costs. Gave me time to decide what to do, and my decision was to euthanize. I felt that I was able to make an informed and unrushed decision, and my experience was a very supportive vet team for a very sad event.

I had a terrible experience here a few years ago. My cat was very ill with kidney disease and very old but in my emotional state I was unable to make the logical decision to put him down as I should have. I found the staff to be totally unfriendly. I was very emotional and received no sympathy or comfort. I was belittled for not wanting to give my old sick cat intravenous at home. He was put through hell for 3 months because of this clinic when they should have advised me to put him down which is what I ended up doing in the end. I will never forgive myself for putting him through it all. They got about $2000 out of me and when I wouldn't put him through more testing the veterinarian refused to treat him any longer. I see this clinic as strictly a business - a profitable one at that. Pulling out all the stops for a 17 year old cat is truly ridiculous - unfortunately I was not able to come to that conclusion at the time. I decided to post this review after speaking to someone recently who had a very similar experience to what I had except they spent twice as much money at this place. For the longest time I thought I was just over sensitive but now I know it was them and not me. I would never step foot in the London Cat Clinic again. The receptionist was the only nice, sympathetic person in the place so thank goodness they have her at least! Obviously if I could give zero rating I would....

Truly cat specialists, reasonably priced, understand cat mojo and how not to degrad your furry friend. Our cat had an emotional condition that caused her to self harm. But rather than going straight to expensive meds that would alter her personality they started with advice about her home environment, which worked. They treated the cat not just the symptoms and gave her a good quality life quickly and affordably.
