Our bunny needed some attention for gastroparesis. Dr. Rupi saw him quickly (called at 10am and was in for an appointment at 12:30pm) and was excellent with Nibbles - very gentle and thorough with him. He explained things thoroughly and provided excellent advice as to management and prevention. Not out of the woods yet (just seen today) and we appreciate the care Nibbles received.

My kids took their dog in to have it neutered. The dog went in there happy and healthy. Later in the day they got a call that there were "complications" leaving him paralyzed. Apparently during the NEUTERING somehow the dogs spinal cord was severed and he ended up being put down. My 2 young girls cried themselves to sleep cuddling his sweaters. I see on here the negative reviews have replies with excuses. I would love to hear the explanation of how a dog went in there healthy and happy for one of the most common simple procedures and ended up paralyzed then dead. Absolutely disgusting. I will do everything I am able to share this story and spread the word in the hopes that no more children have to cry themselves to sleep over a lost pet from a botched procedure

I visited this hospital with my dog Tuffy. I have nothing to say but the positive things about this hospital. Dr. Rupi and staff was wonderful and very professional. The vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Nothing was forced on me as I don't have a lot of money to spend. So the vet helped me to decide on which tests were absolutely necessary. The visit was well worth it. I will definitely recommend this hospital to all the pet lovers.

Wonderful place!! They were understanding and considerate of our working schedule for our pets appointments. We have now taken both our pets here, a bird and a hamster. Thank you so much to all of you who work here, you cared for our hamster when other vet places told us to euthanize him BEFORE they even saw him or knew what was wrong.

I went there for an emergency, my normal vet couldn't fit me in. My dog had a UTI, and they were gracious enough to fit me in. The staff were friendly enough. The doctor wasn't that talkative but seemed competent. It took a long time and too much money for what it was. $200 for antibiotics that I can order online for $20. I appreciate that the vet wasn't pushy about treatment options. Overall it was a pleasant experience but I will be going back to my old vet.
