Saved our cat days before Christmas 2015 when she managed to ingest a few feet of dental floss while playing with the spool in the middle of the night. We came in right before close when she looked off, and she had an x-ray done within 15 minutes of arriving. Dr. Hopper gave the option of doing an exploratory surgery right away with suspicion that there was still a foreign body inside while also addressing that she would have to be left unattended in the earliest hours of the morning because of how late it was. She also gave the option of waiting until the next morning to see if it passed naturally, or going to emerge. We opted for the exploratory and are so glad for it as it ultimately saved her life. We were SO grateful for the staff who performed the surgery and those who stayed with her until 1am as she came to and checked in on her again at 5am - way after, and way before clinic hours!

I was recently here for an appointment and I can't say enough. When I called, I spoke with Jenn and she was such a pleasure to speak to. She understood my problem, and helped calm me down and by the end of the call we were laughing! My appointment went smoothly, Dr Hopper was absolutely amazing, addressed my concerns and was able to diagnose my dogs problem. Heather reviewed the medication with me so I had no questions at all. I had the pleasure of talking with Jenn again as we paid our bill and she is a ray of sunshine in these unknown times. You can tell she has a huge heart and just adores animals and her job! Reception at the clinic is phenomenal! Dr Hopper has put together an outstanding team to help us with our fur babies. Thank you so much for everything you guys do to help us and our furry loved ones!

Dr. Jennifer Hopper & her staff are amazing folks. They are very caring, compassionate & very knowledgeable. Dr. Hopper has been my veterinarian for quite a number of years now. Highly recommended!!! ⚕🩺👩‍⚕️🥼😷🏥🏨🐈🐈‍⬛😺🐾

Disgusting phone service. I called to ask a simple question, one that took the lady on the phone ten seconds to answer but it took me 2 minutes to be able to even ask the question. When i told the lady I had a quick question I was replied with "Go online and apply if you want to be a new patient" The lady hadnt even asked me what my question was. After explaining to her that I do not know if I want to be a new client and I am calling for answers so I can decide if I do or not she finally asked me what my question was. I was then proceeded to be told that they are backed up and they may not even accept me as a client.... This is such poor phone etiquette. She was overall very nice but as a new client (or even a returning client) it is rude to deny answering their question and telling them to fill out an application to become a new client and she did not tell me I may be denied until later in the phone call AFTER I ASKED MY QUESTION. That is why asking and answering questions is very important. So filling out that form would have been useless and a waste of my time. If you do not value me as a potential customer I will happily try elsewhere. And I also took the time to write this review because I was very upset.
