I have used Dr. Shawn for my current three cats, my now passed on Beagles and innumerable foster cats. He has always been kind, caring and professional to me and my family. I highly recommend!

I have a rabbit and dog. During my first ever appointment with this clinic I was very impressed and my worries were set at ease. Since getting my rabbit six months ago I have been searching for a vet that is truly bunny savy. Doctor Jackson knew to exam my dog first (to give the rabbit time to acclimate) and did a fantastic job of being calm and gentle when seeing how nervous my dog was. She was very thorough in the physical examination and asked all the pertinent questions. During my bunny's examination I breathed a sigh of relief because she asked me questions that spoke to her depth of understanding of rabbits. She also knew exactly how to work with my bunny. To examine her ears and eyes, she put her in a burrito role. To exam her belly and private area, she did not flip her on her back but stood her up on her back feet (to avoid bunny going into stasis). I'm so happy to know that I have a vet who I can trust with both of my furry friends!

We had our pet rat Cola sadly passed away after a procedure here, but the staff here was absolutely amazing. During the initial check up they were so sweet to him and spoke very nicely to him. After the procedure everyone was incredibly thoughtful and sweet. Doctor Tucker did everything thing he could to help us understand what happened, and they even sent us a sympathy card. The staff of West London Pet Hospital are some of the most caring and thoughtful people I’ve ever met. They always make sure to remember each pet and their family by name, and put so much care and effort into their work. If you have rats, they are the best place to go! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my other pets.

Dr Tucker is a great exotics vet. I've been seeing him with my birds and guinea pigs for over a decade!

Very knowledgeable and caring team. Perhaps the only true avian veterinary service in London. They keep very good records and follow-up after each visit. Reasonably priced products and services
