This place helped me out in a pinch with my dog just hours away from dying. They took me in and treated me as a loyal customer even though it was my first time there with my black lab Mila. The front receptionist was just so friendly and really easy to chat with. The vet tech ladies were outstanding as well and you could really get a sense that they cared about the animals. Dr Tom was very upfront with the situation and thorough in his pre operation information along with the financial quote which is greatly appreciated. His post op communication was equally informative and he even sent me an email in the morning after to let me know how my dog did through the night. Just truly a class act all around and I would highly recommend trusting your pet with them. Again, I was a 'visitor' as I was sent from my own clinic due to two veterinarians being on vacation and they treated me great. Glad to see two clinics working together to get my dog the treatment she needed!!! Thanks again everyone!

Today my father's dog died during teeth surgery due to your negligence. She was everything to him and you better have some answers, because such disregard is unacceptable. Don't do this to your pet, go somewhere else.

Recently switched to Whitehills from another animal hospital in the Masonville area. The entire process has been excellent and I believe we are receiving first class care. Follow up has been great and the entire staff are courteous and caring, just what you want. I wish I had made the change years ago.
