The MOST caring, professional, efficient, compassionate & knowledgeable staff I’ve ever experienced. Every step of the process was done with grace & understanding, they give extremely thorough explanations of every move/option, so that you can make the best decision possible for your pet. We lost our beautiful Meowzer recently, & although heartbroken to lose her, we are so grateful that if she had to go, she went in the company of people who genuinely care & who were doing everything in their power to help. Dr.Kirby is someone truly making the world a better place for animals & their parents, along with everyone who works here. Sending a handwritten sympathy card to us was really going the extra mile & it meant the world to us. Thank you so much for all you do & keep up the incredible work.

Had to take our diabetic cat in; was made to feel like I was a horrible person that didn't deserve to have an animal. Was only concerned about money (and they are hugely overpriced); wouldn't even let me put the carrier on the counter without giving my credit card. It turned out that our cat had gone into heart failure and our regular vet later assured us that not only was there nothing we could have done, but there were no signs that we had missed. My mom had a similar experience the one time she was unfortunate enough to have to use their services. I hope I am never desperate enough to have to go there again.

My dog needed an emergency surgery for pyometra. I was quoted 4900-6500 in Hamilton which is the first place I took her. We had friends that had gone here so we decided to give it a try and the total was 2200. The vet Dr gagnon was tremendous and we felt completely comfortable with our dog in their hands. Would absolutely 1000 percent recommend this place to anyone and will not be going to the old emergency clinic any longer in Hamilton

Dr. Perret and the attending technician there took excellent care of my cat, they were able to see us quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the bill was. I highly recommend their emergency veterinary services!

Twice I've used this after hours and both times they have been quick, kind and honest. Very thankful for the service we've received
