I had contacted the vets regarding a second opinion on the deteriorating condition of my cat. Not only did they find out that he was diabetic but they also supported me and continue to support me regarding his care. They provide a lot of teaching and information! I have called a million times with questions and everyone is so helpful. They are amazing with both my kitties. Thank you so much for being such a caring and supportive team!!

Came in on a Sunday to take care of my dogs UTI. She's all better now. Nice vet, even let my daughter look into the microscope! Puppy is back to her happy, derpy self.

I cannot say enough great things about the Veterinary staff at this location. Not only do they go above and beyond at appointments, their after hours on-call staff lines have been a life-saver. Dr. Kate and Dr. Paul in particular (as well as all the great RVTs!!) have been patient, kind and have checked in with us about Donnie's well-being and his comfort along the way. This clinic has made all the difference in ensuring we kept our sanity intact with a 90 lb puppy with a broken leg - and two very worried humans too. On multiple occasions Vets and staff have stayed late to provide us with medications for Donnie overnight, and Kate in particular on one long Friday night stayed late, took calls up to 10pm then called back to supply us with meds from the clinic just before 11pm to ensure that the stomach issues we were having with our puppy were resolved rather than waiting until morning. Their caring is absolutely unmatched, and we are so lucky to have found them. Thanks so much!

After having issues with Tavistock Equine twice now I will no longer be using their services and will not recommend them. I am in good standing with a $0 balance. The first issues was buying Special Formula from their office. Over the phone I was told a price of $8 and change. After getting there, they rang up the bill for two tubes and it's was nearly $40. So I inquired and was informed that it was DOUBLE the price because it was EQUINE and not large animal. The exact same product was DOUBLE the price because it was for a horse and not a cow...this makes absolutely no sense. Second issue, I called in about an eye infection on a new horse who was stabled at a different facility than my retired gelding. They took all my horse's details and let me know the call fee for the area. I was asked what barn The horse is stabled at and was informed that they will not come out there. When asked why I was not given a reason other than client confidentiality. I informed them I have nothing to do with the person who rents the facility as I only rent a stall and take care of my own horse. They still will not come. They suggested that I move my horse if I want them see her or get a different vet. Very unfortunate as my previous experiences were good.
