I’ve only had good interactions here. I switched from the other vet which was located on college ave after they repeatedly tried charging me for services I did not need. This vet was very communicative and only recommended things that needed to be done for my animals. Very nice staff as well.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Professional and caring staff, took great care of our pup. Accommodated a last-minute boarding request required for a family emergency. Great location easy access.

We just moved here and the tech and Dr. have been amazing. Our animals have many problems and they took the time and listened to each and everyone of them. The Dr. even contacted me and discussed plans for my dog Nina and how we can work with her ailments and make them better. They have been amazing each time we have gone in and very professional and accommodating. Very amazing experience and enjoy seeing them each time we go in.

I have always had a good experience at Mt. Nittany BUT, My last experience was not pleasant to say the least, I was told that there was an emergency, and that my vet would be in to see me in a couple of minutes, a couple of minutes turned in to 45 minutes only to find out I was forgotten about in the room, my dog was then taken to have blood drawn(ended up for no reason) and the vet apparently did not look at my dogs chart because she had no knowledge about the history of my pet, which has a serious medical condition, then was charged 48 dollars. So if you go and they put you in a examine room make sure you remind them you are in there after 5 minutes.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I know many people who have taken their dogs to get groomed there and come out with a soaking wet dog, bloody paws, and a traumatic experience. I know someone who just interviewed there and the way they treat animals is DEPLORABLE!! They have a room that is about 6’x10’ where 3 groomers are expected to work and where there are stacked dog cages that your dog gets thrown into after being bathed to air dry. One groomer cutting a dogs nails and another saw blood on the table, asked if it was that dog that was bleeding, concluded that it was blood from a different dog, then just threw that dog in a cage and never tried to figure out which dog was bleeding. They won’t give the dogs water so they don’t have to take them out to use the bathroom. The lady that was supposed to be interviewing showed up 35 minutes late, then forgot about the interview and didn’t start until over an hour after the scheduled time. I really wish I knew if legal action could be taken on how they treat animals here. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!!!!!
