Very thankful for the knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate care my boys have received at this clinic. Special thanks to Dr. Felix for his recent thorough examination and care of my "little" boy Bear, for patiently answering all of my and my mother's questions, and for helping us find an answer and move forward in his treatment so quickly.

We can't thank Pembroke Animal Hospital and their wonderful team enough for the amazing care they gave our two dogs during a recent scare. While we were putting away groceries, our dogs got into some chocolate, and we were in a panic. With one of our dogs being just 11 lbs, we knew it was serious. We called Pembroke Animal Hospital, and they told us to come in right away. Dr. Shari Sims and her fantastic vet techs took over and were incredible. They worked quickly and calmly, making sure our dogs were okay. Their kindness and expertise made a world of difference in a stressful situation. The next morning, they even called to check on our pups, which really showed how much they care. Thanks to them, our dogs are back to their playful, happy selves. We’re so grateful to Dr. Sims and everyone at Pembroke Animal Hospital. They turned a terrifying experience into one where we felt supported and cared for.

We let our duggo Sheldon go last weekend after almost 12 years of adventures with him. The staff at Pembroke Animal Hospital were beyond understanding as we struggled to come to terms with his fate. I felt like the staff totally understood that Sheldon was our best good boy. My husband and I witnessed such a caring staff. Soft spoken and gentle. We even have a letter and paw prints/nose prints of our Shelatron. I'm so grateful for the kindness we all felt that day. Thank you so much to the staff, especially the individual who was with us through everything and showed us so much compassion, you are for sure in the right line of work! Our memories of his last moments are calm and grounded because of you. Thank you all so much for such wholesome care. The Keegan Family

Our cats are very well taken care of by the team here . We appreciate how they separate dog and cat areas also .

Do not bother calling for emergency care if your pet is not already "on their roster". Waited up all night with my little guy to try first thing in the morning and they refused to help. Was told to drive all the way to Ottawa, prolonging his suffering even more, just to put him down. Absolutely heartless.
