We have been a patient at this clinic for 1.5 years. One month ago, we were in crisis mode with our pup with a potentially life-threatening issue and drove to the clinic to be there when they opened to speak to our Doctor. We were parked out front when the Dr. arrived. He was in the clinic for 20 minutes before the 1st patient came in. The person who said she was "office manager" would not let us speak to the Doctor; she said there were no appointments available and told us to go elsewhere. I don't think the Dr. even knew we were there, and we were being blocked. As a Veterinarian with love and compassion for animals, I would think there is no way he would refuse to help as it is just cruel. We sped down the road to another clinic, where the Doctor came out immediately to talk with us and discuss the next steps. Vaccinations, checkups and conversation is lovely, but we only know how good a clinic is when you need them. North Woodbridge had no interest in helping us when we were scared and helpless. I have since sent three emails asking the Doctor to call me (we have developed a great rapport over the 18 months), and I want to explain what happened and why we changed doctors for our furbaby. I have not yet received a call, and I assume he has no idea I am trying to reach him. I reached out again yesterday and Ashley the "office manager" breezily advised she has transferred 'my file' to the new vet and "if I have a concern I can discuss it with her." Such a disappointment. From the bottom of my heart, please find a clinic that cares and will help you when you are desperate and in panic mode because when you are sitting out front crying and being told they won't help, it is the worst feeling in the world.

I had a wonderful experience with My Toy Poodle Max. It is my first time with a pet so I had lots of questions and concerns. I was greeted kindly, the staff were patient and gave me so much information. Very happy to continue taking my puppy to receive the care he needs. Thank you!

I can’t recommend North Woodbridge enough! They have been our samoyed’s Minty’s vet for 3 years since we he was a puppy. At the front desk, Ashley is so kind when greeting us and following up by call/email - communication is always such a breeze. Recently, we took Minty in for a concern about his snout and Dr. Justin performed an examination. He was very thorough and we loved how he took the time to walk us through his thought process on what the issue could be. He told us what he was ruling out based on the results of the examination, what he suspected it was, and future steps down the line if the current treatment plan doesn’t work. When we followed up at our next appointment with Dr. Dominic, he was also so helpful in explaining Minty’s current progress and important steps we could take to aid in his treatment. Our invoices have detailed instructions as well with notes about our conversation to ensure we can remember them. I love that the vets facilitate educational conversations about their pet’s care rather than only prescribing treatments. We are always confident that Minty is in best hands with North Woodbridge :)

I don't normally write reviews but I want to share that I HIGHLY recommend owners to come to this vet! I had an extremely poor experience at a nearby vet and really needed someone new to care for my kitten. Although their COVID-19 policy is in effect and we couldn't step into the building, the staff still made it personable and genuinely showed that they cared for my kitten. Dr Dominic Li carefully provided a physical examination and came outside to show us photos of his assessment. He went through the full head to toe assessment - not only did he perform his job well, he interacted with me in a very respectful and fun manner. My kitten had a neutering procedure done here as well and the entire process was smooth; we were informed from beginning to end. Discharge instructions were clear and follow up phone calls were made. I will be coming here from now on. Thanks again :)
