Dr. Ray and his team has cared for our pets for over 5 years now. He's been compassionate and caring with our pets. I emphasize that he informs us of our options for any treatment and/or diagnosis before moving forward. My experience is that he and his team have been easily reachable by phone/email/text especially for emergencies, and they communicate with us regularly regarding lab results and other info. It's really great to have found such a skilled and considerate vet!

Dr. Ray and the staff are very friendly and approachable. We love how we can contact them 24/7 in any matter. Would definitely recommend this vet clinic to all pet lovers in Vaughan!

Our 80lb hyper furbaby has been seeing Dr. Ray for over 3 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Ray shows his love for animals every time we visit. He is calm and somehow gets her to trust him completely and he knows his stuff. He has consulted with experts in different specialties to verify his diagnosis with our girl for more than one illness.. She recently had TPLO surgery and he has been there for her and us every step of the way. He responds very quickly when I have e-mailed or called him and explains things in a way we can understand. He doesn't push for things that aren't needed but gives you his best advice. His staff is wonderful as well. I've dealt mostly with Max & Tadeo and they treat our girl and us with care and respect. I would recommend Dr. Ray to anyone who wants a vet that is knowledgeable and really cares about his patients and their owners.

Amazing hospital and staff but most importantly, an excellent diagnostician. Does not push for what is not needed and really cares for my pets like they are his own. Couldn’t have been luckier to find Dr. Ray

In my 30 years living in Canada never found a good vet , there are 3 kind of vets in this country , Bad, Worse, Worst , and Dr. Ray is the worst one, he needs to educate himself , he needs to learn the weak back legs on dogs might be from liver or spleen problem NOT THE KNEES , he was going to do surgery on my dog's knees because of his weak bag legs , I wish I could give him MINUS 1000 Star ,One star is way toooooo much for him ,I am happy have not listened to him ,he still needs to educate himself, Kimbo never had any knees issues and still does not have , I can prove it , ZERO STAR
