They are great with my dog and even with me living out side of Brampton if my baby gets sick they fit me in. Could not ask for better service from them. What makes it the best places is even if they send your pet home they will call you to ask how he or she is doing. thank you to all the staff you all are the best

I am a retired vet assistant that just moved to the area and I have two puppy mill rescues. I was looking for a new vet in the area as both the dogs are special needs and have lots of health problems, they also needed their shots and teeth done. ($$$) When I was speaking to the receptionist I was explaining that I needed special bloodwork done for one of the dogs as he has a thyroid imbalance that makes it difficult to keep weight on. I was told by whom ever answered the phone that I was wrong and that thyroid problems do not cause weight LOSS. but only weight GAIN in dogs and she said it with conviction - so someone who was not as experience would've believed her. But this information is VERY incorrect. Thyroid problems can cause weight fluctuations in either direction - gain or loss. So if you do choose to be a client here - just do your research and get a second opinion. If their front desk staff is that uneducated I would definitely be aware of what the techs and vets are doing. I have heard negative things about this place from other people as well. I always take what others say about a business with a grain of salt, but totally believe the clients stories after that one short interaction I had. Damn, what a shame. Their prices were the best out of everyone I called too. So cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellent vet! Not too pushy from a sales perspective. Seem to really like and care about animals.
