Dr. Schultz is a darling. All of our animals have been looked after by Dr. Schultz and his team for more years than I can remember. Robin is so compassionate and takes the time to explain what ever my concerns are at any visit. My animals love her. Robin keeps that clinic in tip top shape. Cheryl is so polite and helpful. Never seems put out when I phone to check on one of my animals a few times a day. It’s not very often you find that kind of care year after year. A wonderful and kind clinic for sure. You can tell they love and care for animals because you can afford to take them there.

I highly recommend Woodbridge Animal Hospital. Dr. Forbes is a wonderful Vet, he always takes his time, answers all my questions and treats my little Yorkie Carly with love and care. Dr. Forbes is extremely thorough when examining Carly and has never pushed any unnecessary tests Dr. Forbes has been Carly's Vet for many years he spayed Carly and has done two dental cleanings(procedures) for Carly, she was happy and healthy after all her procedures/visits with Dr. Forbes. He always personally calls me to follow up or give me any tests results for Carly even when he is very busy. Carly loves Dr. Forbes and all of the caring staff at Woodbridge Animal Hospital .. especially Jodi, she has been so helpful and kind, she always takes my calls, Jodi has helped me deal with Carly's collapsed Tracheal, she answers all my questions and believe me ... I asked a lot of questions ... we can't thank her enough. Great rates, very clean Hospital, friendly and compassionate staff. BEST Vet Dogster Hospital for sure!

Dr. Forbes KILLED Max with unnecessary tests! On Friday, March 23rd I took my 17 year old cat, Max, to Woodbridge Animal Hospital because he was loosing weight, although he still had a good appetite and was sill active. Dr. Schultz was not available, (he has always taken care of our pets throughout the years), but Dr. Forbes was. (First time using Dr. Forbes). Dr. Forbes examined Max and weighed him and stated that he had lost 50% of his weight. He suggested blood work and a urine sample even though he was not sure they could get any urine from him. He felt that Max could have kidney failure. He also tried to sell me on x-rays even though Max is old, 17 years. I opted for the blood work and did not realize that the price Dr. Forbes quickly quoted me was only for blood work. I thought It included everything and I would start with blood work. Almost $400 dollars later, (for blood work and urine!) I'm told that Max has Kidney failure and because Max is so old there is not much we can do for him besides changing his diet. After the blood work that Dr. Forbes thought was necessary, Max was not able to walk and slowed down completely, even stopped eating. I called the Vet as I was concerned and told by another Dr. that because Max was so old that the kind thing to have done by Dr. Forbes was to educate me about what he thought was ailing Max and not to have put him through all the trauma of extracting blood and urine. This left him really week and unable to recover. I explained this to the manager, (I don't remember her name), but she defended Dr. Forbes saying the blood and urine were necessary because their "clients", the animals, can't tell them what's wrong. I feel that Dr. Forbes cared more about getting money from the owner than whether Max was able to withstand the procedures. Max went downhill from there and died 3 days later on March 26th. It has been devastating for our family to loose Max. Dr. Forbes should have explained that Max is old and needs to be made comfortable instead of subjecting him to blood lose. this made him weaker and, in our opinion, shorten his life. We will never return to Woodbridge Animal Hospital as they have changed from truly caring about the animals and their owners and instead care only about unnecessary tests to make money!

Will not be returning to Woodbridge Animal Hospital. Brought my cat here bad experience from start to finish. I brought my pet into the waiting room where she was forced out of the carrier by the vet doctor's helper. The veterinary doctor wasn't good at diagnosing the problem. Between running tests and prescribing a hefty vet bill followed. My pet was worse off leaving than when I took her there.

I am a pre veterinary medicine student and have had the pleasure of working at this hospital for a few months now. I admire the support I’ve had working here and have learnt so much under the guidance of Dr. Forbes and Dr. Schultz and the amazing staff here. I will continue to recommend this hospital to family and friends and can’t wait to one day become a vet myself!
