I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently the doctor treated my dog because I didn't spend more than 30 minutes there and i normally spend an hour and a half at other locations. Great service

My dog is very fussy and usually doesn't do well with strangers, but Dr. Aziz was able to calm my dog down was able to get his trust pretty fast!!

Where do I even start. First of all if you love your dog do yourself the favour and avoid this place at all cost! .. you first walk in and they have their own 3 dogs and a cat wondering around which I usually don’t mind, however one of the dogs wasn’t friendly and was snippy towards my dog and wouldn’t stop growling. - I actually had to ask the reception to pick up thier dog and put it behind the desk as I felt super uncomfortable! The smell of urine was so strong it was nauseating, you could tell they didn’t practice good hygiene as I have never in my life been to any dog care nor vets that ever smelt like this. The floors where filthy and the rooms where disgusting. I was there for a regular check up and rabbies vaccination, the vet was very quick and un- through, she didn’t ask me any questions and she was trying to get me to give my dog all these shots that I know he didn’t need (money grab) I stated 3 times all I wanted was his annual rabbies vaccine. - we’ll she didn’t listen and gave my dog 2 shots and shoved a pill down his throat. When I questioned her on this she said it was all manadatory which is BS! I was furious. She ended up giving my dog a de- wormer which I said NO to 3 times and another shot for DPV which he didn’t need nor is mandatory. She didn’t respect my wishes at all. I went to the front to pay and I was even more furious that my bill was 180.00. I have never ever paid this much for an exam and a rabbies shot, so I asked why it was so high and the vet charged me for the other shot and de- wormer which i asked her not to give my dog. I asked to speak to the vet as you shouldn’t be paying for a shot you asked her not to give in the first place .. she told me I didn’t listen and refused to sort this issue out. I ended up just paying to get the hell out of there. So anyone that has written about Dr.G is either a family member or has been paid to do so because no one in thier right mind would praise a vet that A) dosent respect owners wishes and B) isn’t good with dogs. My poor dog had its tail between his legs the entire time and he was never like that for any other vet.. you know what they say tho, dogs sense things before humans do! Sorry for the long rant but I’ve never been so disgusted, let down and sad for my dog. Please please avoid this place at any cost! You’ll thank me later.

Dr. Ghali may possibly be the best veterinarian in the Mississauga Meadowvale area. Aside from curing my cat, he answered my many questions about the veterinary field as I am trying to enter the practise myself.
