As one of the people on here said, ignorant place. Bad service, not knowledgable people. Be nice to your loved once and take them elsewhere.

I have rescue cats, and two pure bred dogs...and this is the best vet I have had....She is extremely knowledgable and thorough in her exams, and you can tell that all of the staff love animals, and know how to care for them.. They have always been very accommodating, and punctual in the work with my animals.

I just switched here from a different vet. When my previous vet insisted that my cat need to go to emerge for approx $2000, Dr. Roncol solved the problem for a fraction of the price. They are very realistic and take the time to explain things. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Nice, clean, and well run clinic in the No Frills plaza on Rathburn. Good working hours, they are open until 7 pm weekdays and on Saturdays until 4 pm. Never ordered any pet food from this place and can't comment on pet food pricing. Wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible store. Lots of free parking in the plaza. Handicapped parking spots near the entrance. TorontoLocalGuide review.

Couldn’t have been more happy with my experience here. We had to put our beloved 18 year old cat to sleep. Dr Nancy was so compassionate and caring. I recommend this clinic all the time.
