Excellent care. All staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, caring and kind. They treat the furry patients as their own, and they carefully address all the humans' concerns thoroughly and with compassion. Highly recommend.

We were sad when we moved and had to find a new vet. Had gone to a local one and had a bad experience. So glad my sister in law recommended this clinic, they were awesome. Our puppo saw Morgan and Dr Booth today. We were well informed and presented with options. Never felt rushed or pressured. We were seen on time, staff were friendly, we were well informed and felt that their pricing was fair. Going to a vet is stressful, but they made it a great experience. Thank you so much!

We just had our first visit with Richview Animal Clinic, and I’m very impressed. There is a good reason why they have such great reviews. I took my 3-year-old pug in for his annual shots and a check up. Dr. Portch was the best! She spent time asking me questions about him as she examined him, and she addressed all of the concerns that I had. She educated me on the breed and their common ailments, and she gave me sound advice on preventative measures. The visit was not rushed at all and the exam was the most thorough one my dog has ever had. I found the costs comparable to other Vets. They offer a wellness package that I will most likely get in the near future. The girls up front were also wonderful. They did a good job showering my pooch with lots of love and attention to make him feel comfortable and welcome. It was a great first experience and we will be back.

I must say this place came as a blessing in disguise when I needed it the most! Everyone I met who works here has been extremely friendly, caring and very professional. I like how the vet techs take the time to explain the cost and procedures needed and answer any questions and doubts one might have before a serious treatment. I absolutely loved how the doctor took the time to check my dog and suggest the best course of action without rushing me. Thank you Dr. Portsch, Brigette, any everyone else here for helping me with my dogs needs!

This is by far the worst uncaring vet I have ever come across. My dog had a growth next to one of his toes. My appointment was with Jennifer Portch. No warm welcome, she was all business went to her computer and barely looked at us. Then she lectured us on how a raw food diet is terrible for dogs and said we are basically bad pet owners. Then she promoted her brand which of course they carry that I should buy. Instead of seeing what was wrong with my dog. She spent 1 minute looking at his paw and said interesting. Goes on about how its a button tumor and not acknowledging it could be anything else. She did not shave his paw or clean it to do a better diagnosis. Instead sent me home with ear infection medication. Because of this robotic uncaring and lack of empathy I went back to my regular vet, who took the time to do all these things and more. Stay away from this vet they just want your money. And will try to upsell at every turn. Try doing your job which involves being a good person that actually cares for animals and a relationship with their owners. I am absolutely appalled that this person is a vet, what a big disappointment to anyone that has an appointment with her.
