We always have a positive experience at River Grove. We trust our precious fellow to their capable hands, and we are always met with kindness, consideration , and friendly faces from all staff. We feel like they genuinely care about our little cavalier and us! All your work is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Brought my dog in last week to find out she is definitely pregnant! Our first meeting with Dr.Banger and he was amazing!!! My dog took to him very well. He was friendly, thorough and very considerate! I feel he was very honest with our check up and was not gouged financially. He was very accommodating and genuinely wanted to seek the best route financially for me and health wise for my dog. Can't wait to go back and show him the puppies after they are born! Grateful to have an honest vet!

We took our Siberian Husky to get groomed for the summer here and the staff was amazing. Huskies have notoriously thick hair and a crazy side and our boy came home looking and smelling fantastic. We also have a 15 year old jack russel with a litany of health problems and the clinic was very accommodating in terms of allowing us to have a payment plan (he’s needed a lot of surgery, medication and careful attention). Dr.Banger was a godsend and the staff always treat us like family.

I currently work at RGAH and have been for almost 2 years. I would like to thank everyone for the positive reviews on behalf of our team. We really strive to ensure that everyone that comes to our clinic has a positive experience. Myself included, I really do my best to make sure our clients feel like they are getting the best care for their pets and they aren’t being cheated. It hurts when I read negative reviews that aren’t honest or just straight lies because then I feel like I have failed at my job. Clients do not see how much hard work Dr.Bangar and Dr.Mullick Work behind the scenes. We stay 2-3 hours after closing working on patients and their files, the doctors make personal calls to our patients after hours even after working a 10 hour day. We stay late making sure we didn’t miss anything or we come up with new treatments to better provide for the clients. Being a vet is not easy and is extremely tasking, they are faced with hard decisions every day as well as the unseen pressures from the pet owners. People do not give them enough credit and expect that everything should be free even when our pricing is as affordable as we can make it, not actually knowing how much hard work goes into the care we provide for their fur babies. It is hard to find a workplace that you actually enjoy and respect your bosses. I hope that reviews can stay honest and fair. Thank you to everyone who supports us!
