Dr Smith and his staff are remarkable. Dr.Smith cared for Zak - from the time of Zak's neutering to when he was diagnosed with renal failure. Dr. Smith truly understands animals and they feel comfortable with him. Him and his staff were extremely supportive of me when I was advised of renal failure in Zak and did everything they could do to make both him and me comfortable. They made a donation to the University of Guelph in Zak's memory - their support and care has made the healing possible to begin.

Went to this place a few times for cat food. The blonde girl working there is terrible. Rude, snappy, not even half a smile. I almost walked out. Due to her lack of good customer service I'll never go back again nor recommend this place to anyone. I can just imagine how they treat the pets. What a shame.

We let our 11 year old baby girl go to sleep peacefully 13Jan17. The hardest thing my son and I had to do. The front desk staff was friendly, kind and the gentlemen who took our Dakota let us have all the time we needed before and after.

The vet and the front desk staff were very nice. Only thing is at one point the vet took my cat back to cut a stitch and later when I got my receipt documents I realized they secretly took a photo of my cat for her file. Nothing wrong with it, it didn't cost and the photo was cutejust sketchy.
