my dad has been a client here for years with our family pets and today I called just to ask the examination price for my cat (which by the way I priced around and here is the cheapest you'll find!) and the veterinarian must have picked up the call in passing and she literally answered all of my questions about why I wanted an exam for my cat and gave me some really amazing advice. I feel like she was extremely helpful and kind to give me this advice free of charge and seemed so educated and knowledgeable. I scheduled an exam for next week anyways because I would love to have her thoughts on my cat's health since she seemed to know her stuff! I am so glad that they accommodated me and I thankful for their low costs as well. Other vets are so expensive and refuse to even discuss anything over the phone- they just want you to come in so you pay the exam fee. But speaking to the vet over the phone even encouraged me even more and I just think they are phenomenal !
