We can't say enough about Dr.Alyssa & Dr. Meaghan...they are absolutely amazing! They always take their time with us, answer all our questions and concerns, put our minds to ease and are just really kind, caring, honest and 'down to earth' people. Kristy, Missy and all the office staff are just as wonderful. It is a really happy place to visit. We wouldn't trust our beloved four-legged family members with anyone else🙂

The staff here is very friendly and they have a wonderful "bedside manner"! They ALWAYS make sure that you understand EVERYTHING about your visit. Most animals hate going to the Vet but, when I ask my dog if she wants to go see her Dr, she lights right up! That right there says a whole lot! There prices are pretty competitive as well.

Nice staff. Vet was very nice and thorough in her exam and didn't pressure us to do unnecessary tests. She was great with my dog. She is the only vet who is supportive/okay with us feeding her raw. Only negative is the lack of weekend appointments. There was a really sweet tortoise shell cat in the waiting room that i was petting, she looks so much like my cat, such a sweetheart😍😍. It helped calm my anxieties as the visit was about my dog so it was nice having a cat to pet to help distract me. Also the place was clean, most vet clinics are very hairy, not this one.

I am only giving Copetown Animal Hospital 1 star again because I have to.I have a large male rottweiler and he was bleeding from his testicles. It looked as though someone had shot him as there was a perfectly round hole.It would not stop bleeding.I called and made an appointment with Copetown Animal Hospital.I brought my dog in at the end of the day.I do have to say that the office staff there are fantastic.I didnt meet the vet that owns the animal hospital only spoke with her on the phone and she was rude.I dealt with another vet that works there. I had told the vet NOT to sqeeze his testicles because we had JUST got them to stop bleeding.Well....she sqeezed them and sqeezed them some more and this continued. My dog ended up having to wear a homemade diaper home because of the excessive bleeding this caused. The vet had no idea what was wrong....she wanted to take blood and send it away for testing amoung other things, wanted me to take him to emerg. etc.It would have cost me at east an additional $500?? with nothing fixed yet.I said I would think about it and left $150 poorer then before arriving with no answers. This fee was only for the 5 minutes of sqeezing his testicles. She did however suggest I take him to emerg and told me there was a possibility of my dog bleeding out and dying overnight.I ended up taking my dog to a vet in Vineland the next day.He looked my dog over....didnt make him bleed perfusely and said he would be fine.Charged me $46 and my dog was fine.A friend of mine also took her dog to Copetown Animal Hospital. She was charged over $1200.00 for tests and they came to the conclusion at the end that it was just a dog cold. I will NEVER take an animal there again. They overcharge and do countless unnecessary tests to gouge people for money.
