First time going to this location and let me tell you. The most miserable lady works front desk. No offence she shouldn’t work there. Poor customer service skills. The animals come first I waited a month for surgery and was about 15 minutes late and the refused. Said the vet said reschedule. Dr Matt. I hope she asked you. Because the phone call wait was for a split second. I drove there and you all weren’t busy. Not impressed. Yeah I swore yeah I got mad I’m a single mom who had to drop her kid at day care and rush across town to make it for an appointment I waited a month for. There was one person in your waiting room you can’t tell me y’all are that busy. I’ve never had this problem at another location. Never will be returning. Take your animal to east end location in Hamilton. They are 1000 times better. And actually care about the animal. Ridiculous. Lady, who worked November 8th front desk. You should find a new job. Zero stars—- if I could. Close this location already or find new employees Now —- wrongfully terminated. No manager reach out or anything. Go somewhere else

We always feel welcome taking our cats in to the Stoney Creek Beattie Hospital. The staff are ALWAYS so kind to both of our 2 cats, my husband and I. My 10 year old female (Sophie) had developed a growth last year and they removed it, although we were told there was a chance that the growth could come back. Well sadly enough the growth returned this year, and fast .We returned to the vet not knowing we would be given 2 choices, either to put her down, or remove her front leg. With absolutely no pressure from the staff, we went home of course me in tears, and took the time to think it through knowing Sophie was a 10 year healthy cat . We decided to go ahead with removing her leg .We knew she would be in the right hands of the professional Staff. To make a long story short, one week later we were amazed our little lady was out in the yard trying to catch a butterfly and loving life. Without the Stoney Creek Beattie Pet Animal hospital and staff, we would not have Sophie with us today. Thank you ever so much Tammy and Nelson Sophie and Coco. 2016

Great place that puts employees and community’s safety first. Keep it up, and don’t let cyber bullying by the loud minority change your ways. We will get through this as a community by taking care of one another. There are tons of other vet clinics if some people don’t like this one. Thank you for everything you do! ❤️

Discriminating against customers because they’re not willing to take a vaccine that ISN'T FDA approved...? Not letting them in the building with their sick pets without proof of is disgusting. Words getting out & it’s getting out quick. Might want to rethink that decision considering what you’re doing isn’t technically legal & you will get sued by people for this. Peoples private medical information is none literally of your business. I added a picture of the definition off of the Canadian human rights website, incase you aren’t aware.

This is the worst and most disappointing pet clinic to take your pet! I took my dog there and was cheated out of money there. They put a lotion in my dogs ear massaged it in for 30 seconds and then charged me $45. Everything there is misleading and overpriced. They prescribe inappropriate and dangerous medication for your pet and then say it's the best for the pet! When I wanted to talk to a manager, the front desk girl got irritated and angry with me and said that if I want to say something, tell her and she will get it to a manager. She said that's the only way for me to communicate with management. I have taken my dog there for a long time and the service is worse with every visit. They are eager to take a large amount of money yet the service is disappointingly poor. If you care about your pet and value your time and money, don't go to this pet clinic. I am now taking my dog to a better vet and will never return. This clinic is a money grab! Do not go there!
