They are Fantastic, weither its food or a nail trim or your pet needs to see a Vet they are open 24/7, we have gone in on emergency, I can't say enough about the care and follow ups.

Had an emergency with my dog they saw us right away and provided all the care you could ask for including multiple follow up calls to check on my pets wellbeing! Would absolutely recommend them for both emergency and regulat veterinary care.

They were compassionate and thorough when our dog came in to their care in critical condition. She couldn't be saved, but offered us answers and closure. They are affiliates of Burnham veterinary services (who are also top notch and honest).

If I could give no stars I would. We took our year old dog to this vet as he ate a chunk of a bone and it needed to be removed. They did the surgery that night and we were able to take him home 36 hours later. His first 24 hours at home we noticed his stomach and nuts were swelling and he wouldn't eat. We took him back in and were told he has fluid in his stomach and not to worry about it, they said he would take treats from them so sent us home and told us to monitor him. Took him back the next night and requested to have the fluid removed and they refused to and said they would monitor him as he is dehydrated from still not eating anything really. The following day we requested again for the fluid to come out as he's only getting worse and they told us that they could take a sample but it would need to be sent away and would take 5 days to get it back. We then said we don't have 5 days, he's getting worse as the days go on. We contacted other local vets and they said that the fluid should have been removed and we need to get it looked after ASAP. We went in the following morning to get our dog to take him else where and the owner was there and offered to FINALLY do the surgery to remove the fluid (4 days since it was first discovered). They rushed him into surgery and when she opened him up we were told that copious amounts of fluid poured out of him and when it stopped she couldn't tell what any of his organs were because they had let the fluid stay inside him for so long that his insides were literally rotten. Instead of putting him to sleep she sewed him back up and told us we would need a miracle for him to survive. Three times his body shut down and they brought him back and on the fourth we told them to let him pass. During the 12 hours after surgery to when he passed- they were to concerned about neutering one of the staff member cats that my spouse has to sit there with our dog and hand pump oxygen into him because they felt getting their staff members cat was more important. A couple of the vets had zero sympathy and were making jokes. For a $6800 vet bill I would expect better service and our dog to not have passed away due to poor care while at the vet. I would never want another animal or family to have to go through what we did so I would recommend going to a different vet. Its impossible to understand how an animals whole insides could rot to the extent that a vet couldn't tell what any of his organs were while he was in their care for days. Save yourself and your pet the risk and avoid going here!!

Receptionists and technition were lovely people and dealt fairly with us. The pricing for a check up was reasonable and the 24 hour service makes them very attractive. Vet was not to the point with us though, instead of giving us a concise explanation of the problems facing our cat, continued to dramatize the situation seemingly to get us to spend money. Vet continued to pressure for very expensive options and tried to force us to spend money by opening the packages for equipment before giving us the estimate we had asked for. Overall, impression of the clinic was that they were more concerned about making money but everyone was very knowledgable in their fields.
