Took my two wee dogs in today for the first time. They were excellent clipping and grinding their very long nails ( left too long by last groomer ). One held the dog and the owner did their nails. Well done ladies!! I'll be back!

I am sorry to say that my dogs nails were not properly clipped; she could hardly walk on them, and i just had to have them clipped at the vets. Granted they are black, hard to clip without getting the quick; they still need to be clipped, not just beveled, or whatever they claim to have done. I also feel that her grooming was sub-standard; rough and uneven cut; more like a trim really. Also i asked that they do the anal glands; they indicated that the glands were fine. At the vet they said that they were impacted; and expressed them. I spontaneously dropped my dog off on my way through there, because the truck said "20 years in business"! I don't know if this is true or not, but I am pretty certain that someone with 20 years of experience did NOT groom my dog. Perhaps it was a student in training; without proper supervision?? I give the benefit of the doubt here; and my feedback is accurate. I admit, I did not followup with business directly, as it is out of my geographical area, and so I just won't be going back there again.
