The cat had an eye infection and since she’s an outdoor cat she could use her shots as well. I booked an appointment where it was explained that the vet exam for her eye and her shots would be $117. That’s a pretty reasonable deal so I went ahead. Day of the apt with the Vet (who is very knowledgeable and friendly) informed me that they couldn’t administer the vaccines due to her eye. That was fine until checkout... The bill for the exam and eye medication came to $160 which was fine however they wanted an additional $117 to come back for her shots. This place needs to take a better look at their pricing structure as $275 for an eye infection and shots is not reasonable. I wouldn’t recommend attending this vet, as previously indicated by other reviews it seems they’re in it for the money rather then actual care of the animal.

We have been going to this animal hospital for only a short time. We have always been treated well as has our cat. We have to bring him in every three weeks to have a cyst drained. It is always done quickly and the appointments are always made when there are no dogs in the office (at our request). Dr. Ogawa is kind and gentle and always seems to have the animal's feelings in mind. I also struggle to understand why some of these people who have left poor reviews don't state "why" , this does not give Dr. Ogawa a chance to explain or change her policies.

My family dog was hit by a speeding vehicle. We rushed him to a vet, in a panic, forgetting my purse. He was bleeding from multiple places. It was terrify for my children and myself to first see a member of our family run over by a truck and trailer, that didnt even stop, but the sadness didnt end there. When we arrived at the animal hospital, the veterinarian came to the waiting room, but refused him basic care, until i had the initial $100.00 to cover the cost of the exam. We left and went to another veterinary hospital, where money was not their first concern but rather the health of my dog.. Luckily my dog survived this brutal hit and run and the apparent greed of a someone who is suposed to care about the health of animals unfortunately their actions that day proved to me, they care only about money..
