I love Dr. Barnes. She is wonderful with my cat. She always takes her time and is very knowledgeable. I don't think it is possible to get flea treatments without consultations at any vet. I know it used to be but is not anymore. The other vet in town (Big Creek) won't give them either.

Dr.Barnes really loves animals plays with them gets on floor and all. Only works after 3pm a bit of an inconvice. She does basic vet services there but she also works at her other office Norwich veterinary for all services. Norwich is always on call. She gives you medicine as needed or over the counter advice. Never tried to sell a thing. However they do not give you the cost ahead of time I am not pleased with that at all. Also when i transfered vets Linda was not very pleasant as she usually would be when I was booking an appointment. She was short and wanted off the phone so fast almost to quick to give her the other vets information. Rude.

Multiple negative experiences at this clinic, usually around their billing practices. They don't disclose the fees prior to appointment or treatment, so be careful to ask what all of the fees are up front. We asked the other vet clinic in town how much their bordetella vaccine was, and they said $20, and we walked out of the Delhi animal office today with an $80 bill for bordetella, plus they added an exam fee on, for $50, which included looking at his teeth, and weighing him. In total our bill was $150 for a bordetella vaccine. Definitely will never be bringing our pet back here
