They are money hungry

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AT COMMUNICATING WITH YOU. Our cat was walking at home fine, she went in because we noticed a change in her appetite. She was on IV fluids there for 4 days and came home worse than when we dropped her off. The poor thing had absolutely no strength to even hold her head up to eat. They said she had kidney disease never mentioned what stage she was at until the day after she came home and after 5 phone calls trying to contact someone in the facility. Turns out it was ‘early stages’ according to these idiots so WHY isn’t my cat eating? NEVER GOT AN ANSWER. I thought the point of being a vet was to help animals and try your best to find a solution. If you don’t care enough to help the animal and find the WHY then you probably shouldn’t be a vet. A grand later and they just pumped my poor cat full of drugs and sent her home to die. Disgusted with this facility. Samantha is also the rudest receptionist of them all. She continues to talk over you like you are completely incompetent. So disappointed.

Everyone has different experiences and I feel I should post mine because this team deserves more than the 3.9 star rating they have. Long store short, my 14 year old dog was not well and we knew we had to make a decision. We called the vet at 1pm and requested a house call so that our furry friend could be at ease and surrounded by loved ones during his final moments. They arranged an appointment the same day for 5:30pm. They were very compassionate, gave us as much time as we needed, and handled our boy with the absolute most care. Though it was a very sad day for us, these people should be praised for the level of care and professionalism they provided. Thank you.

The experience was wonderful. The entire team showed our dog much compassion and Caring. The puppies were cared for in a kind and compassionate way and you all also treated us with so much kindness during a very stressful time. We were very worried about our female boxer during the very complicated labour she was having. Two other vets told us to just let it run it’s course but we knew something was not right. We came to you worried and scared and you reassured us you would do everything you could to save our beloved boxer and her puppies. And we believed you and you did just that. You didn’t take advantage of us financially which another vet had tried to do. You treated fairly, with warmth, kindness and compassion. You took care of our babies like they were your own ...all of you. Thank you so much from the bottoms of our hearts.

Sunny, my 8 yr old Siberian Husky, just wasn’t himself. This was the 2nd vet we seen & he was bang on! Some arthritis medication & boom in 3 days he is pretty much back to normal. His assessment was done based on his knowledge base & I am grateful for that. Note - he didn’t do expensive tests or x-rays - he said lets try this first before we go to far & spend money we might not have to. So 5 stars for being great!

I was not going to have a good outcome of my appointment and I knew it. We went hours early because my dog got rapidly worse. Unfortunately we didn't make it with him. Thank you so much for the compassion and care you have us and Noah. I will not hesitate to reccomend you to our friends.

Awful, just awful. The vet was late, there was no apology for my inconvenience or even a warm welcome the minute I stepped in the doors. The front desk staff was very cold & even sat there & watched as I struggled to try to weight my dog myself. That was the first thing they said to me as I walked in the door. No warm greeting, just “you’re going to have to wait, the vet is late, go fill these papers out & weight your dog over there” . After nearly an hour, I finally got put into a room. The vet had no idea what he was doing & after waiting another 25 minutes for him to find out a price for sedation I decided to leave. They do not care about your experience, rather just getting your money. After 30 seconds of looking at my dogs paw, the vet said “ I have no idea what’s wrong with it, let’s sedate her & find out”. The next day I took my dog to Barton animal hospital in the ghetto of Hamilton, & had a far better experience than I did here. Not only were they professional & had great attitudes, they also genuinely care about your animal & aren’t just after your money. Very affordable there.
