Doctors and staff are amazing. They work great with your busy schedule. They really care about your pet and what they charge is worth it. Dr Chris Hauser goes above and beyond to ensure the health of your pet. He did extra testing and examination free of charge to ensure my dog was Okay; as well as frequently updating me on the situation. They really are helpful and caring and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

We didn't use the vets in the clinic - but boarded our dog there, which was the worst experience we've ever had boarding anywhere. Our 6 year old St. Bernard, when we picked her up her bed was soaked in urine and so was she...they were supposed to give her a bath on her last day - but did not; nor did they have any explanation for why she was being returned to us this way. I took her out side and could not stand the smell of the dog bed - so I took that in and asked them to launder it, and I would pick up later - and then proceeded to go home - and on my way realized that our dog being returned like this was not acceptable, her collar metal hardware had rusted from being exposed to the urine! I called the manager to explain my dissapointment and unhappiness. They offered to bath the dog, explained that what happened wasn't normal and they were sorry. I returned to the clinic with the dog, for her to get a bath, no one in the reception or the management came to offer an apology for my bad experience there. I still feel terrible wondering how long my dog had to sit in a urine soaked kennel. She's never had an accident before her stay here - or since returning home...I've waited 6 months to post this review - as I was too upset to post in February. I would not recommend leaving my dog there - under any circumstance.

I did not expect our dog to receive the high level of care that he did, particularly, because our dog has a serious case of fear aggression. I wish all vets could learn how to connect with vulnerable pets the way Dr. Chris Hauser was able to with our dog, Toby. My mouth literally dropped when after giving our dog his much dreaded shots, Dr. Hauser walked out with a happy Toby. I still cannot believe there were no shrieks of pain heard from our dog while he received his shots and examination. It was a healing experience. I am deeply grateful and optimistic about the future of vet care for vulnerable animals. Thanks so much again, VCA!

Disappointed that this clinic lacks proper initiative and apathy towards customers such as myself. I had the unfortunate experience of not once , but twice running into the same problem of coming in ordering my dogs prescription diet and the girls at the front not properly taking down my order and comes a week later I call and my order was never put in. My dogs prescription is usually never available on hand hence why I order in advance .now to be left with no follow up call or someone to not competently take my Oder down when I drive down to the clinic is just ignorAnce and shows me you do not value my business or my dogs health As she is sick and is on a strict diet. I will not bring my business their going forward and I would also be careful about what receipts you are handing Out to customers as I was also given someone’s else’s dogs prescription with all of their private information instead of my receipt for the dog food purchased.

I've been going here for the past 15yrs. Friendly service, caring compassionate staff. Docs explain what the issues are and give you the options without the guilt factor.
