Absolutely terrible place to bring any animal, all they care about is your money. I brought my dog in because she was swelling up and breaking out into hives. Even though there was not a single customer, just about 5 employees they refused to even glance at her without a $73 examination fee and any medication they thought she may have needed. They tried giving me another vets phone number to get rid of me and started complaining how I didn’t call ahead. I had just come off a night shift and came home to my dog whining and swollen I didn’t have time to call I just rushed her in as it’s the closest vet to my house. When I agreed to pay the exam fee, panicking thinking the swelling could spread to her throat I said “I just don’t want to end up with a huge vet bill” as soon as I said that, she kicked me out and started to get aggressive with me. Not sure how the rest of the reviews are speaking highly of her, as it’s so clear that she’s only in it for the money. Anyone with the SLIGHTEST bit of sympathy could of at least given me some reassurance. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Vet was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable. Even helped us through Facebook with an after hours question.

Excellent facility. Dr Rodè is likely one of the nest vets in Ontario. Many of our friends and family have followed us there and feel the same way.
