They really care about your furry family members and take time to ask about you and how you're doing. I've been going here for years and have had many pleasant and professional experiences. Any emergencies I've had with my dogs or cats have been handled swiftly and with great care. Very reasonable prices for the excellent level of services they provide. Clean premises with many products available for purchase. Amazing veterinarians and vet techs. I highly recommend taking your pets here!

Went to this veterinary hospital 3x with my dog and will not be going back. The tech was rude on the second and third visit and the Vet was trying to discourage me from having my dogs teeth cleaned which is by the way very important for your pet's well being. I had a dog that survived 17 years with absolutely no problems with their teeth due to the fact that I had her teeth cleaned on a regular basis. Prices are steep... I went to another veterinary to have my dog fixed and saved myself $200. I don't like being embarrassed at the front counter by their technician. Last visit there the tech was holding my dog so tight my dog was showing signs of stress!!

My partner and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Aaron Shackleton while we were visiting my in-laws in Embrun. Our boston terrier was squinting her eye and couldn't seem to keep it open, so, of course we wanted to have her looked at. The experience was extremely positive and professional from the moment we walked into Dr. Shackleton's office - even my dog loved it there. The staff was warm, patient, and friendly. And, after meeting Dr. Aaron Shackleton it made sense why the environment is such a positive one - he is nothing but positive, helpful and informative. We knew our dog was in good hands from the moment we met him. He told us that Luba had an ulcer in her eye and took the time to answer all our questions and let us know that we could email him with any additional questions or concerns. Like that wasn't amazing enough!!! Dr. Aaron emailed a week or so after our appointment to see how Luba was doing. Now that's service!!! If you're looking for an honest, experienced vet that truly cares about your pet you MUST visit Dr. Aaron Shackleton. He and his staff will not disappoint!!

We as a family have been coming to the embrun vet clinic for probably just over 10 years. We always recommend this clinic to any of our friends and family. The staff there are amazing and we love Dr Shackleton! We have a dog who is a hemophiliac and working with Dr Shackleton has been amazing, very passionate and kind person and try’s everything in his power to help. Just as an example today we made an app for our dog Jackson who has megaesophagus and he came in to the clinic just for him even though he wasn’t supposed to be in today. That is a deffintion of a great vet! So thank you so much for all you and your staff have done. You guys are great and we would never want to go anywhere else! We will always recommend you guys.
