It was a very positive experience, as my dog is horrified of vets and groomers. The vet was very gentle and calm. And the pricing is acceptable.

I would like to thank Dale Veterinary Clinic especially Dr Anderson and his lovely staff for their utmost care for my animals. I have been a client of their's for quite some time now and I couldn't be happier with the reasonable pricing and MOST importantly the caring atmosphere they have established. Dr Anderson is a very respectful Veterinarian who truly cares about the well being of his patients. Each time I've had an emergency for both of my animals they had me in that day. We all hold our pets very near to our hearts and when they become ill or have an emergency there is no one I trust more than Dr Anderson and his staff. Im sure many others would agree with me when reading these poorly opinionated Reviews below has me wondering, how on earth could one have had such bad experience when myself and many others whom recommended Dale Vet to me all have wonderful experiences. Dale Veterinary clinic has been nothing more than reliable, caring, and trustworthy.

I have been going here for years. I have had a lot of animals mainly rescues and they have always been very helpful kind and supportive. No vet gives you a refund that is just a ridiculous comment.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY PET HERE. Brought my cat in for a crystallised urine in his urinary track blocking the functions. Was told it was a routine procedure and that all he had to do was flush it, paid the man a grand for the routine procedure and x rays for kidney after procedure to make sure everything was alright. Called me 20 mintues later telling me the procedure went wrong and that the cats kidneys burst from to much water. Go back to my dead cat on the table to find out this joke of a vet flushed to much water into his kidney making it burst. Didnt refund any of my money for his mistake and my beloved bandit is gone. Rest in peace bandit and stay away if you value your animals life.

We brought our cat in, in horrible pain, he had a urinary blockage. I guess vets should monitor the pet after such a procedure because of the high chance of reblockage (as I've now been told by our new vet) but Dale sent ours home immediately - he reblocked again immediately. Back to Dale Vet the next day, flushed again, still sent him home right away... We found our cat in a corner of the basement that evening preparing to die. We had to take him to an emergency vet that night to save his life. This vet may be good for checkups etc.... But I would never bring a sick animal to Dale Vet, if I want the animal to survive. Cavan Hills Vet saved our little guy, kept him for a week and he's been perfect ever since!
