Most compassionate & skilled team. I have use Thames Rd for all my horse and dog needs. Dr Greg is always available to help, very thorough with exams and responds to all my text to help continue great care for my animals. I drive from London to exter for my dogs, as I have been failed before by London vets. Recently I had to go through losing my dog to heart failure. The team did everything possible to care for my little man, and make him comfortable. Dr.greg messaged me to check up on him daily. Sadly he didn’t make it. After I was able to return all unused medications & food. I highly recommend Thames rd for all your vet needs, they are worth the drive!

The staff are courteous, and helpful. The prices are fair. We never have to wait.

Having worked in the vet industry for many years and having just moved to a new area I did a lot of research into where to take my dog. My first impression of the clinic was positive-clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly yet professional. We saw Dr. Greg Young and I felt immediately I had chosen right. He did an in-depth exam and most impressive was how much he actually touched my dog. I feel confident I have found the right vet and clinic.

The Veterinarians and staff have been good to me the many times I have been there. I have used them as my Vet for 20 plus years now. They continue to care for my dogs and bird. Going there that long and the 5 stars should say it all. I unfortunately had to put down my 15 yr old dog. They were so compassionate to us, i was impressed. They refunded all the unopened dog food I still had. As soon as I am ready to get another dog, they will care for it.
