The staff were extremely rude and argumentative and they were refusing to give me my cat if I didn't pay whereas the last time I picked up my other cat the other staff simply reminded me of the bill and let me take my cat home. They sat there for 10 mins arguing with me telling me I needed to make a payment meanwhile I kept telling them my in laws and husband will make the payments, I've just come to pick him up. The whole time we're arguing my cat was meowing histarically in the background...I never heard him cry like that and they wouldn't let me see him. Then when my father in law called to settle everything they took the iv out of our cat and just threw him in my arms in the waiting room. Terrible vet. They even did tests we never asked them to do and so now there are hidden costs. Charged us a total of $2100 for both cats. Absolutely terrible service. Never going there again
