Everyone here has been so kind as my dog is struggling with some health issues. Dr. Luckwaldt and Dr. Hester have both been fantastic. They are professional and deliver information with compassion. The team does follow up phone calls to check in, which really helps and makes it feel that they care.

The staff are incredible here, so caring and compassionate. I took my hamster here because she was old and I thought it was her time to go. The staff were incredibly simpathetic and explained to me that treatment was hard for a hamster and we decided together (with no pressure) that we would euthanize. They explained everything so well and made sure I was okay with everything they were doing. Will be taking any and all future pets to them. I want to thank them for respecting my love for the little hamster and understanding how hard it is to say goodbye.

DO NOT BRING YOUR GUINEA PIG HERE. GUINEA PIG DIED BECAUSE THE VETERINARIAN DIDN'T DO HIS JOB. ALL HE CARED ABOUT WAS GETTING HIS 164.00 DOLLARS LATER. HE ALSO HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME I DON'T OBVIOUSLY SPEAK ENGLISH. I SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH I'M CANADIAN. WE ARE HEART BROKEN OVER THE LOSS OF OUR LINK

WONDERFUL. My vet for previous animals didn’t treat hamsters (exotic animals), so they referred me to Greenwood. My lil guy was in need of immediate attention, and the clinic took him same day. There’s not much one can to do / for a small rodent, but I’m overall so pleased with my experience today.
