I couldn't have asked for better care for my kitten Freddie! The team at Roncy Village Vet Clinic was so friendly and diligent about correctly diagnosing what was wrong with him, which I particularly appreciated as I was panicked about his health (he had started urinating blood that morning). The treatment plan worked like a charm and the team has been consistently following up to ensure he's doing well. Dr. Karen explained his condition really thoroughly and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot! I left half an hour past their closing time...). When I expressed a concern over his new diet, she also sent me a detailed e-mail explaining other cat food alternatives with links for more information. I really couldn't be more happy about the treatment Freddie received, and found the vet bill to be more affordable than I'd originally anticipated. Thank you Roncy Village Vet Team - you folks are awesome!!

I've been taking my cat Mewes to Roncy Village Vet Clinic for many years now. Everyone is so kind and friendly; I trust them with my cats' health. My cat has also had dental surgery at this clinic, and the procedure went beautifully. Highly recommend the service and staff at this clinic!!

Took my dog here for the first time, it went well and the staff seem knowledgeable. However, I find their persistence in appointment reminders to be way overboard, with multiple calls per day leading up to annual check up time, and appointment reminders after you confirm you'll be there. It's a small thing, but I found it borderline obnoxious.

I wouldn’t take my cat anywhere else. They’re all so kind, gentle and knowledgeable! 5 out of 5.

Roncy Village Vets has been so amazingly helpful to me over the course of several years. I have and have had a few aging pets with both chronic and sporadic issues. Dr Mark, Dr Sam, and Dr Karen are always patient and kind, they fully explain my options and always work with me to get the most affordable treatment available for my dog and cats. They understand I have limited income, and never push treatments or tests that are out of my price range. Their love of animals is evident, and combined with their amazing crew of vet techs and front staff (Jayne! Claudia! Patricia! I can’t even name them all!) they are the best. I moved out of the area and still travel across town to bring my fur family here. Highest recommendations.
