Would give 0 Stars if possible. Don’t waste your time making an appointment. They don’t even try to keep everything on time. The receptionist won’t answer any of our questions on how long it will be until we can be seen. It has already been an hour and counting.

Customer service is great. I've encountered many vets here, and each one is great! They have this no fear certification, and I felt what they've done really calmed my cat. She was more upset by the transportation to and from the vet than the actual visit.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Friendly, helpful, professional staff who care about you and your pet. Clean and spacious waiting area and examination rooms. Thorough explanations about the current state of the pet's wellbeing, as well as suggestions moving forward.

This place is always quick and the Dr.Steede is fantastic. She has a genuine love for animals which is always such a plus when going to a vet. Easily located by driving or subway.

Great vet clinic. I came here for an emergency because it was the only vet open on a long weekend and until midnight. Dr Backx was great with my dog, who had to be sedated. I highly recommend her. Receptionist was nice, and so was the technician. As for prices, I would say this clinic is slightly more expensive than others - $10-20 more than most clinics per procedure done. I don't mind paying a little more when I know for sure that the service is great, so I'll come back here if I ever need to!
