Brought my baby Antonio in for the first time because I wanted him to get neutered…. Customer service and people who work here are great the doctor I seen you could tell he really cared about animals. I received a follow up call regarding my cats vaccinations To check on how he was doing ,which I was amazed by because I went to a previous vet and it was nothing like coming here also my cat needs surgery and they already emailed me in advanced so I can prepare for when it occurs the reception is awesome she gave me great advice for my cats teeth and friendly ……thanks so much for your help guys and I will continue to bring my pets here

Very responsive staff, and knowledgeable and kind doctors. My dog is very shy and scares easily, but Dr. Robson treated him with such patience and kindness that my little guy was more at ease than he normally is around strangers! I also appreciate how communicative the whole office is, and how thorough their follow-up is. They genuinely care about the animals and it really shows. Highly recommend this clinic!

I found the staff to be super friendly and attentive. The vet that treated my dog was very personable, and I felt she cared about my dog's health and provided me with all the available options regarding his current issue. They also sent a follow-up email the day after our visit which I appreciated. The back and forth correspondence made me feel like it was not a courtesy note, but that the office cared about my dog's wellbeing. Great first experience, I am super appreciative and I am glad to have found such an attentive clinic for my dog!

They are not transparent about the fees and pricing. When I called them before taking my puppy for initial visit, they only told me about the fees for the three vaccinations, without telling me any hidden fees for additional services including full check-up and fecal exams. I would’ve appreciated a bit more transparency and more education for new parents. The receptionist and the vet will only walk you through the common fees without giving you full transparency and I did receive “surprising bill”. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic, especially for new parents.

As other reviewers have said, this clinic is solely interested in the money they can make off of you, and not at all about the health of your pet. There is absolutely zero point in having them as your vet of record since they are never able to take your pet under last minute circumstances and will always refer you to the emergency vet. The admin of this clinic needs some serious help when it comes to their assistance with patients, attitude towards clients, and ability to actually do something to help. I recommend finding literally any other vet in the city to take your dog- someone that actually cares. Can’t wait for the lengthy response admin will provide to this to state how I’m wrong and they’re right.
