Love this vet clinic. They are understanding of budgets and give quotes for things like dental work and talk about all your options in a non judgmental manner. We've had everything from dental work to check ups to blood work to unfortunately having to say goodbye to one of our older cats. They are compassionate and communicative, they do a great job including checking in with a phone call a few days after surgery and there aren't any surprises. If you have to say goodbye to any of your furry family members, this is by far the best place to do it. You don't do it in one of their regular exam rooms. They have a special room with a couch, low lighting and a calm atmosphere and a pet bed and blankets. Our little buddy was really relaxed before he was even given sedatives and they have a little led candle "burning" in the reception area to indicate someone is saying goodbye and to be quiet for them. They made a really difficult situation much easier to bear, especially when I was doing it alone. The staff signed and sent a condolence card to us (which I have seen before but is always a thoughtful touch). Thank you VCA. I am so happy that the closest vet clinic to us also happened to be an amazing one.

Honestly, I've really liked the service here. I've been a client since I first moved to Toronto in 2016 and have been really impressed. As a loving cat owner, they have answered all my questions, even when they were silly. They were also amazing when my cat went in for dental surgery, sending me a picture and texts to update me on her progress. They also don't push things on you or your pet unless they actually need it. Would highly recommend!

This is my primary vet for my two dogs and two cats. It's location is a little inconvenient at the moment due to the Eglinton Crosstown Subway nightmare... err, I mean construction. They have a few parking spaces in the back but it's slim pickens if those spots are full. I find the staff to be helpful. They are great with ideas for reducing costs without reducing care, which I really appreciate. I find most of the Veterinarians to be soothing and gentle with my trauma doggy. All in all, a good option if you're looking for a vet in the area.

SENIORS BEWARE!!!!! My Mother Bea Cartmel brought her obese old sick cat in to this ... My mother is 85 now and on a very limited income. They charged her $4000.00 approx for an operation on a 12 year old cat that was so obese it could barely walk. 7 or 8 weeks later she took the still 1/2 dead cat back to this vet. At least at this point they had the decency not to take her last $2,000.00! They recommended putting it down. This is or approximates senior abuse. Shame on all of you!

Great vets; horrible front desk staff. Some of the receptionists made me feel so unwelcomed and had zero empathy towards my pup and I. Adam and Lindsay were both wonderful vets that took their time with my 6 month old pup. If it wasn't for some of the receptionists, I would have rated this place 5 stars.
