Yesterday night my dog, Monkey, had to be put to sleep here. We brought him in and the receptionist was so kind and understanding, and waited patiently for me to be able to talk when I was crying. The doctor was also kind, compassionate, and honest. The staff was just great. Because of them we handled the situation much better than we would have without their support and patience. We never felt rushed even though they were overwhelmed with patients that night. They even kindly explained to us what happens to our little guy afterwards and put those fears to rest. Price wise of course it was a little more than our regular vet, but honestly for a 24 hour emergency clinic it really wasn’t that bad in my opinion. Side note, for the short while we were there a lot of people were extremely rude both in person and over the phone. Please be kind to the staff, they’re doing their best and are only human. They go through a lot too.

I received great service for the pup I was dog sitting. Anyone who complains about the price of a vet, you shouldn’t own a pet. That is something people really need to think about prior to owning a pet. They tell you all the fees and ask if you’d like to go ahead before going forward. They do not force anything on you. I’m very very happy with the friendly staff and vet that saw Lucy. Thank you.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I brought my pet in as I was recommended here for an emergency, they made me wait two hours before seeing my dog. Then when they finally gave me a room, my nurse kept leaving without saying. At one point she left for about 20 minutes and I was just waiting there crying with no update to how my puppy was. They don’t seem to care about you OR your pet. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. I would not recommend bringing your loved pet here. Shame on these nurses.

If you need to go here, it's never for a pleasant reason. But the staff at CTVRC are the picture of professionalism and compassion. They will always accommodate your pets needs, and will administer the best of modern veterinary medicine. If your pet must be put down, the staff here will attend to your last moments together in the most sensitive and professional manner. Your pet will be well-cared for here, just be aware that emergency veterinary care is expensive.

Amazing and caring Vets, other staff members. They all have caring and compassionate attitudes towards their clients. Great place to go.
