Friendly and compassionate they have always taken care of my cat and my dog. Knowledgeable and are willing to answer questions I have. Every time I've gone there they were a leave to help my pets. Their prices for services are a little higher, but I've never felt anxious when my pets are in their hands. I've gone there over the years for a variety of reasons from fleas, to minor surgeries and they take the time to reassure and give the latest updates. Including a picture post surgery. Their products are fairly competitively priced and they have a good selection of food, toys, and medicine for pets. I've gotten specialized food for my German Spitz Klein which helped his stomach issues and a spray which helped calm him down during car rides.

We had to put our dog down recently. We met with Dr. Katie Lee and warmed up to her right away. She is so gentle and sensitive. She accompanied us and supported us throughout the whole process. She really understood what we were going through. She sent us a thoughtful handwritten card in the mail a week after. I highly recommend this place. Staff is professional and very caring.

Amazing staff! They gave us the royal treatment from the first hello! We brought our 13month old GSD in for neutering. Only one testicle had descended so we knew it would be pricey. The doctors and technicians went over everything step by step and when we asked about new procedures, we were given the truth and not a cash grab. Pre-op and post-op parent care was consistent and reassuring. Usually when you speak to more than one person something in the message gets altered. Not here! Everyone said the same thing, gave the same recommendations and reinforced the previous person’s statements. We even received a picture via text once he woke up! As a dog mom, knowing that my baby is okay is paramount! I’m truly grateful to everyone who took care of him!

They wer great at giving medical treatment for my pooch. The Doctor explained his laid out plan to help my pooch with hymatomas on both his ears. The service was exceptional and the price was reasonable. Would recommend this animal hospital.

My cat, Tiger is 23 years old and they treat him like he is a kitten. He is a good cat and kind to all. He has a reoccurring cyst on his neck that needs to be drained. At Tigers age I do not want any heroic measures being taken place so as it fills with fluid i take him to have it drained and they only charge me a minimal fee. I did take him to another vets before going here and they charged me $400 for the same thing and sedated my cat with the statement that they cannot guarantee that he will come out of the sedation. Orleans Veterinary Hospital did not even venture to think to sedate Tiger mostly due to his age and they charge me $30 to drain this cyst. I posted this review over a year ago. Things have changed with my now 24 yr old cat. His cyst kept growing and I kept getting drained until it ruptured. I had them do the surgery on him (tearing me apart all day). He ended up riddled with infection and had to choose between surgery and euthanizing. I chose the surgery and very glad I did. He came through with flying colours and totally changed cat. If you can not put a price on your furballs then I highly suggest to use their services. He is 24 and going strong. Update- has been a few months since Tigers surgery and he is like he is 10 years younger. The staff at Orleans Vet are top notch. Dr Streib was very caring and Stephanie, Allanna, and Sheryl were all very good with his care. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation.
