Really like the people here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you can tell they care about your animals and love what they're doing. They even took the time to give us a courtesy call to see how our pet was doing after her appointment which I really appreciated. Their fees are quite reasonable as well. I would and do highly recommend Bank St Animal hospital to anyone who lives around the Ottawa South region.

GREAT clinic!! Caring staff, courteous, & knowledgeable. Suggest bringing your fur-babies here. Dr Kamran was our vet & I highly recommend asking for him.

Staff are very friendly and great with animals. I've brought my animals here when we need anything and they're great with them.

Bank Street Animal Hospital is super understanding and professional. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Rosa Parker! She is the best at handling the pets and also she is patient and walks you through the cost of different treatments. They are also much cheaper than other hospitals in the Ottawa South area

My boyfriend’s puppy, Mira, has gone through several visits at the hospital due to extreme flare ups of dust mite allergies. Fortunately, all the staff and Dr. Jay have been extremely helpful and have been very considerate/helpful due the high vet bills. Prices are reasonable and they can be accommodating. However we’ve only visited Bank Animal Hospital therefore, we haven’t gotten to experience different price quotes from other hospitals. Now on the days when we don’t have anyone to watch her, she spends almost 2-3 days a week with the staff (while they treat her like she’s their own) while they allow her to run around, play and make some friends with the other dogs and cats: They allow her to finally experience her puppyhood since her allergies are under control.
