Being that this was my first time going here, they are very compassionate about their jobs. They truly care about your pet and are very gentle with them as well. Unfortunately they weren't able to help me with my 15 yr. old female cat. She was in full liver failure and there was really nothing they could do for her because of her age. It's the hardest part about being a pet owner, having them put to sleep. We know it's the right decision to make but it hurts like hell and a piece of you go with them. BRV gives you all the time you need to spend with your beloved pet. And they also offer cremation service. Highly recommend!!!

Very helpful & compassionate with my Great Dane Gabbie. Make her as comfy as possible which for a deafy isn't always the easiest task. Much appreciated the care we received especially while getting her shots

Wonderful staff, caring and compassionate! Vets offer choices and treatment is never pushed for your pet. We have been taking our pets there since the 90's and have never been disappointed. I chose to drive 45 minutes to go there and I now have a veterinary practice 5 minutes from our house. Love them!!!

Best vet I have ever been to, everyone there was very helpful and caring for my dog. They always get us scheduled quick and don"t waste any time getting us int our appointment when we arrive. I would recommend them to everyone.

Took our cat there when failing and the dr and asst. were both very kind and caring. I was ready to cancel an appt because the lady on the phone when we called was crude about not having him upto date on his shots etc. not inviting for sure. but glad I hung in and although we had him put to sleep felt was treated as humans by the rest of the staff. will be taking our new cats in once we get them here.
