I’d give them 0 stars if I could. My son (3years old) and myself (pregnant) went in to purchase some items. My son had to use the washroom. We asked the pharmacy staff and they said, “No we don’t have one”. Obviously a lie as I could see the large sign “washroom”. Who doesn’t allow a 3 year old and a pregnant woman use a washroom!? They must not truly care about their customers.

Three hours before closing said they couldn't make a prescription for my 15 month old son even though they had all necessary materials. Was very rudely told they come back at 9 am and they would call us then. My son was in a lot of pain and needed medication immediately, and we were told this was the only place in collingwood that could make it. We were told very good things about this pharmacy, but felt our infant son deserved better attention than this.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They build relationships with people and get to know you and your situation- wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff here in particular the pharmacy staff bend over backwards to help you out. They cannot do enough for you. They treat you like one of the family, not a patient.

I absolutly love dealing with this pharmacy. Chad (the Pharmacist) excels at customer service and always has such a caring disposition. Follow ups, med info and refills are always a breeze. He is very informative and always goes above and beyond his role. Thanks! Janeena
